Please do not show up without scheduling an appointment and also confirming prior to coming.
If you show up unannounced / without confirming your appointment, you may not be helped.
For battery replacements, please run your battery dead prior to drop off to expedite your service turnaround.
Please keep cables, USB mouse receivers and any other accessories. Do NOT include them with your computer. Laptops must include a charger.

Mr. Robot reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
